Does the Leancure View solution interact with the ERP ?
Yes, it is possible to use production orders (PO) directly as product reference. Leancure helps you to interact with your ERP and to transfer the data into the Leancure software.
Is there an installation fee for the project ?
No. The installation is part of the overall package which includes the application and its installation. The training of the teams is also included as the one year warranty.
Is there any maintenance or after-sales service ?
Included in the first year, the one-year warranty is an option offered in subsequent years. It includes remote maintenance, computer support and advice on use.
Is there a volume discount ?
Yes, a discount is available for 8 or more Leancure MES systems installed. For more information, talk to one of our smart factory experts.
Does Leancure View easily adapt to manual lines ?
Yes, Leancure View adapts to automatic lines as well as to more manual lines.
Is the Leancure View solution easy to install ?
Yes, its connectivity is simple and fast. You can connect your equipment by yourself if you need, in a few hours and without stopping production.
On which indicators does Leancure MES base its analyses ?
Leancure MES is based on the OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness or OEE), the OOE (Overall Operations Effectiveness or OOE) and the KOSU.
On which media can I consult Leancure MES ?
Leancure MES is a multi-support solution. The dashboards can be consulted on tablets, smartphones, computers and dynamic screens, in your offices or remotely.
